Sesimbra Study I - True Colors is a study of transformation a visual record of how time reveals what perfection conceals. Captured in Sesimbra, Portugal, 2013, where salt air, humidity, and Atlantic light continuously reshape the built environment, this body of work reveals surfaces in a constant state of becoming. A study of what time reveals. Peeling paint, corrosion, and layered surfaces evolve into abstract compositions, where color is not applied, but uncovered. Each image captures the moment material begins to speak when surface becomes memory, and decay becomes expression.
